I wanted to take the time to send you our personal feedback for the catering  at the engagement party on Saturday night.

First of all I want to congratulate you both on a brilliant job…just superb.

I can not really say enough about how wonderful EVERYTHING was. The food was absolutely sensational……all so different and so tasty….just exquisite. Everything was so beautifully and simply presented and was so delicious looking and inviting to eat. It was great too that the food was just the right size for juggling with a drink in one hand…..often overlooked by caterers.

Your service was amazing and your attention to everybody at the party was wonderful. You did everything so discreetly and were not in our faces but just there whenever we needed something….that is true hospitality professionalism. I know Sal commented on your attention to her with drinks before the party and I was so impressed when you brought the mineral water over to me that you had seen me put down sometime earlier. The way you quietly did everything and got rid of serviettes sate sticks etc. has to be congratulated.

I really could keep complimenting on absolutely everything you did the whole night. You are certainly the best caterers with the most beautiful food and excellent service I think we have ever experienced. I really hope you do well in business as you are top class caterers and deserve top class reward. You are perfect with a great formula. You don’t need to change anything.

Your catering and service really contributed to making it such a great party for Sally and Hans…….

However…….there are 2 disappointments I have……I could not fit those delicious lamb shanks or the lamb burgers when they came around and more importantly you are not in Brisbane to recommend to everyone here……..I know Sal will be recommending you to everyone in Sydney and with her work contacts and functions she has to organise from time to time I’m sure Box Catering will be deservedly getting some business their way.

Thank you both so much for giving us a fabulous hospitality experience and I know making the party the success it was.

It is no surprise to many that The Royal Easter Show is the largest event on the Sydney Calendar. The event runs for 14 hours per day and for 14 consecutive days. What would surprise many people however is that the medical services at The Show are provided by hard working volunteers from St John Ambulance. Whilst St John volunteers are not paid for their services, their welfare is of paramount importance to St John. It is important to St John that our members are well fed, provided enough meal variety and of course at a price affordable to St John, a well respected charity. Box Catering met all those challenges. From the initial contact and until after the event, Box Catering staff were courteous, professional and more importantly genuinely concerned for our volunteers. Box Catering and St John event planning staff spent considerable time prior to The Show working through menus and options to suit our needs. Nothing proved too difficult for Box Catering. Meals were delivered on time, hot and to our exacting standards. Most importantly members commented on the high quality of the meals. Thank you Box Catering!

Hi Greg,
At Fuel VFX we recently organized corporate catering for the launch of our new building. With a large number invited, we wanted to produce something special within our budget.
Through a web search we discovered the services of Box Catering. Looking at our requirements and discussing this with the Box Catering management team, we were confident that we had found our caterer.
From our initial discussions through to the event, Box Catering walked us through our catering requirements and concerns about feeding a large group. The ordering process was simple and with their recommendations and assistance we organised a great selection of dinner boxes for the evening.
Our client manager – Greg and the Box Catering website was a great source of information, ideas and support. The website and their attention to detail made is possible for our staff to have a great time, knowing that the catering was well and truly under control.
The event was a huge success and the talk of the industry with the catering being one of the highlights. Being the middle of winter, the warm boxes of food were ideal for our guests and staff. for being there when you were most needed; when unforeseen circumstances nearly caused us to cancel our planned afternoon tea. The finger food supplied was really first class in presentation, taste and variety, there was plenty to eat with more for those who wanted seconds.  The salmon mousse was a real winner; and for those with a sweet-tooth; the chocolate coated strawberries made the day.
Greg the service was most impressive, courteous staff who took time to explain how to prepare the hot food which left us with a trouble free afternoon and time to enjoy the company of our friends.

Dear Box Catering:

We ordered the meals for our Annual General Meeting from Box Catering. Everything was perfect. The meals were exactly what we wanted in quality and quantity. The menu was great value and offered more choices than we needed. I was particularly impressed that the meals were still hot even though we went 45 minutes over time.

The chef who delivered everything was fantastic and it was so easy just to put the trays back in the boxes to be collected and forget them!
