All our meals are delivered in hot/cold boxes that keep the food at the required temperature for extended periods of time.

Our hot boxes automatically keep the temperature at around 72 degrees celsius, so the hot food stays hot until you are ready to serve. A vent in the box stops the food from drying out. We advise that all hot food should be served within 1.5 hours after delivery for it to be at its best.                                                           

Our cold boxes keep the temperature cold for up to 2-3 hours. This will keep salads, sandwiches, wraps, seafood etc at their best.                                    

These are the same hot boxes that hospitals and airlines use to transport their food, please note:-- we do not serve airline or hospital grade food!

Pick-up

At delivery, our driver will want to make arrangements for a time that suits you to pick up the containers.

Please do not wash or clean the platters or the boxes, just place the platters and your rubbish from the meal within the boxes for us to collect - it's our service!
